The METEORS team was founded mid 2018 to help accommodate for the surplus of FLL (FIRST Lego League) and FRC (FIRST Robotics Challenge) teams in our area. It was a huge success, helping interested STEM students pursue their interests. It was so widely successful that another FTC team, the ASTEROIDS are being founded to give everyone who wants to participate in FIRST an opportunity to do so
