The COMETS compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition, the highest tier avalible throught the FIRST program. Every year FIRST releases a game and a set of rules to go along with it. We then have approximately six weeks to design, build, and program a unique robot from scratch. This is then followed by at least two competitions in which we drive our robot, scout the competition, and fix whatever goes wrong.
